Proof of income (i.e., last 2 months paycheck stubs and bank statements or proof of Social Security Benefits, for example). A State Issued photo ID for each applicant must also be submitted with each application. We will be conducting Credit Checks, Prior Eviction Checks and Criminal Background Checks on all applicants, and at least two personal referrals and past landlord referrals are required.
