Electric and gas in tenant's name and paid directly by tenant. Water, sewage and trash are added on to the monthly rent statement.
Tenant Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Combined gross monthly household income of at least 3× the monthly rent (unemployment income is not considered as qualifying income)
Minimum credit score of 600
Applicants with credit scores below 650 may be subject to additional approval conditions
Credit, criminal background, rental history, eviction history, employment, and reference checks are required
Application Information:
$50 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (including cosigners)
Every adult occupant and cosigner must submit a separate application
Pets:
Well-behaved pets will be considered.
$250 non-refundable pet fee
$50 monthly pet rent per pet
Additional Policies:
No smoking
