Tenants should contact Ferrell Gas for current rates and either establish a budget plan or reserve funds for seasonal refills, particularly before winter and move-out.

Water Softener: The unit is rented and provided by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for keeping the unit filled with salt or maintaining active salt delivery service. Semi-annual inspections will be conducted to ensure compliance.
