• One Small Pet is conditional; breed restriction will apply and a non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 is required.
• Short-term lease options will be considered (minimum 6 months)
• Each adult applicant (over 18 years of age) must complete an online application at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch]
• Application Fees - $85.00 non refundable application fee per applicant
• One time $40.00 administrative fee (per household) Required Documentation
• Valid government issued photo ID
