- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: Tenants must leave irrigation system on and active so that fruit trees and plants do not die. Tenants may not modify or adjust scheduling for irrigation system. Tenants may not move, remove, or cause damage to trees on property. Tenants must take care of appliances to prevent malfunctions, including but not limited to: empty the washing machine filter every 5-8 cycles, remove materials from the dishwasher filters and drains, add dishwasher salt when the machine indicates to do so.

- NON-WARRANTIED: The following items or personal property are included in the Premises without warranty and Landlord will not maintain, repair or replace them: Fireplace (functional), water dispenser in sink w/ water filters, shed in backyard
