During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

Burnsville Rental-Fully Furnished/Utilities Included - True Country Living!  Quiet street, very few other residents.  Walking distance to a bold and beautiful section of the Cane River deep in the hills of the town of Burnsville.  This 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home is fully furnished.   Rent includes all utilities (with a realistic cap on electricity and heating fuel for the furnace), as well as high speed internet, basic cable TV and a land line phone number.  Grow a produce garden just outside your back door.  Hike through the woods of this 24+ acre property shared by only one other home not near enough to notice it’s even there.  Enjoy the long-range mountain views and the sounds of a bustling creek below while rocking in the swing on the covered front porch.
