2. Pets: Cats and Dogs allowed (some restrictions apply), with $250.00 non-refundable pet fee and $30.00 per month pet rent.
3. Refundable Security Deposit based on Credit
4. $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
5. Holding Fee: $300.00 to be applied towards first month of rent.
6. Parking - Two parking spaces included in rent. $30.00 / additional space
