For family mealtime or when you host friends and family, you'll love the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and natural gas stove, open concept, and spacious covered and screened lanai. The living/dining room has tile floors, recessed lighting to accentuate the natural light and

*OFF-SEASON (May-November): $3,500 per month plus taxes & fees. Also available for longterm lease of 6-12 months at a discounted rate (Water, Electric & Gas not included in long-term lease rate)
*Additional fees include: exit cleaning fee ($350), Booking Fee ($100), Lorraine Lakes Registration Fee ($100) & (13%) sales & Resort taxes apply. If applicable: Pet Fee ($300) and Refundable Pet Deposit ($500)
*Prices based on 2-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations.
