THERE IS NO APPLICATION FEE.
EVERY STUDENT AND CO-SIGNER MUST APPLY.
We must receive an application from every student in your group AND each student’s co-signer before we can move your group forward with preleasing.
After applying, please respond to our confirmation text with:
• Your co-signer’s full name
• The full names of ALL students in your group
This allows us to correctly match and group everyone’s applications as they come in.
WE CANNOT MOVE FORWARD WITH PRELEASING UNTIL APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE ENTIRE GROUP AND ALL CO-SIGNERS.
