OUR PET POLICY

- OVERVIEW: We are a pet-friendly property! Approved pets are welcome (no aggressive breeds).

- ONE-TIME FEE: A single, non-refundable animal registration fee of $300 is required.

- MONTHLY PET RENT: An additional $30 in pet rent is required for every two pets (e.g., 1-2 pets = $30/mo, 3-4 pets = $60/mo, etc.).

- BREED RESTRICTIONS: For the safety and comfort of everyone, we do not allow breeds considered aggressive. This includes, but is not limited to, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, and German Shepherds. Please contact us if you have questions.

OUR QUALIFICATIONS

- INCOME: Verifiable gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent.

- CREDIT: A credit score of 615 or greater.

- RENTAL HISTORY: No recent judgments or evictions for non-payment of rent and a positive rental history.

- CRIMINAL HISTORY: A background check will be conducted. Convictions for certain felonies or misdemeanors that could pose a threat to the safety of the property or other residents may result in denial.

- For the fastest service, please text Sarah with your name and the property address. She handles all initial inquiries and will send back a few quick pre-qualifying questions. This is a required first step.

STEP 2: APPLY OR TOUR

- Once you have been pre-qualified, Sarah will guide you on the next steps. You can then choose to:

- Apply directly on our secure online Resident Center (a tour is not required).

- Schedule an in-person viewing to see the home.

After you apply, our application team will be in touch to guide you through the final steps. You will hear from our Leasing Specialist, Ashley, and our assistant, Adrian, as your application is processed.
