We expect multiple apartments to become available for January / May/ July / August of 2027 at 151 and 205 Robinson Street in West Oakland.
Most of these 1 bedroom apartments (each apartment has a slightly different layout) will be available for a lease to begin between July 16th and August 16th for $1395 per month plus electric. A few more recently renovated apartments with granite kitchens might come available for $1,450 per month plus electric.
The apartments have hardwood floors, ceramic kitchens and bathrooms, and plenty of closet space. The kitchens all feature dishwashers, built in microwaves, glass top stoves, garbage disposals, and oak cabinets. The apartments have similar layouts, but some have been renovated more recently with granite counters.

This is a renovated 26 unit building, conveniently located a short walk away from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, hospitals, and everything Oakland has to offer!
Each unit comes with one assigned parking space. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement.
There are bike racks inside the building on each floor.
Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric. There's electric baseboard heat and we provide one AC unit.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Leases at our Oakland properties can end July 15th, July 31st, or August 15th of each year.
