- Proof of income/employment
- Background/credit check
Pet Policy:
- Cats and dogs allowed
- No aggressive breeds
- We allow up to 2 pets under 50 pounds per home.
- Veterinarian documentation is required. Pets must be kept flea free.
Utilities:
- Tenants are required to pay for all utilities.
- Tenants are required to set up any individual meters in their name when applicable (electricity, water, internet)
- Any utilities (electricity, internet, water, sewer, trash) shared between multiple homes or buildings are billed to tenants as an additional monthly fee. This fee is fairly calculated through a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System (RUBS) to bill that back to all units equally using square footage and # of occupants as a metric.

- Application Fee - $30
- Move In Fee equaling half of one month's rent
- Pet Move-In Fee equaling $150 for 1 pet and $250 for 2 pets.
- Additional $25 per pet added to monthly rent
