All homes have large common areas that are shared with 3 other tenants. All our homes are equipped with a Generac generator to power the home when needed and each room has a ductless AC unit. Our locations are in walking distance of most of what you’ll need for your everyday essentials. This allows you to maintain your independence in a safe environment.
COST TO MOVE IN:
We have two types of leases:
Long-term (6-12 months $1300)Auto-Debit
Transitional-term (1-5 months $1350)Auto-Debit
First month rent plus $350 Deposit.
$55 application fee
NOTE:
*Pets are approved on a case by case basis with $1000 and strict stipulations.
