Credit Requirements:
We do not have a minimum credit score requirement. You must have:
- clean record maintaining payments on any line of credit
- no foreclosures or repossessions on any personal property
- free of collection accounts (excluding medical collections)
Income Requirements:
- Income must be equal to or greater than the rental rate multiplied by 2.5
*** If there may be something concerning on your background or credit history, or just something you would like us to be aware of in general prior to submitting an application, please reach out via call, text, or email and we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
*** Any applications submitted are held on file and are valid for 60 days. You DO NOT have to resubmit an application for each individual rental property.
Applications are REQUIRED before scheduling a viewing of the property. We will not spend time showing these units to anyone who does not meet the requirements as it is a waste of time for you and management. Virtual showings will be available upon request.
