It has its own private entrances at both the front and rear of the house, a full kitchen with dishwasher and full-size appliances, in-unit laundry, and central heat and A/C with its own controls in the unit.
The apartment is rented by its owners, who live in the upstairs unit. The owners have a friendly dog who loves people. The apartment is non-smoking, inside and out. We generally prefer no pets but are open to discussing the right fit; service and assistance animals (including ESAs) are always welcome and are never treated as pets or charged a fee.
The unit is currently occupied by a great tenant whose lease is ending, so we expect availability in early-to-mid August, with the exact move-in date to be finalized. Rent is $2,500/month. A private off-street driveway parking spot is available as an optional add-on for an extra $250/month ($2,750/month with parking). Utilities are not included. We are looking for a 12-month lease.
