Easy access to Pittsburgh, the turnpike, lots of shopping, and entertainment. Westmoreland transit park and ride is right up the street.
Tenant Qualifications
Applicants' combined gross monthly income must be at least 3× the monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We conduct credit, criminal background, rental/eviction history, and reference checks.
A credit score of 600+ is required. Applicants with credit scores below 650 may be subject to additional approval conditions.
There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (including cosigners). All adult occupants and cosigners must apply separately so each individual can be screened.
Tenant responsible for gas, electric, water, sewage and trash. Electric and gas to be in tenants name and paid directly by tenant. Water, sewage and trash will be added to the monthly rental statement. Trash is fixed at $25/month. Sewage is fixed at $52.30/month. The fridge and stove are included in the lease. Any other appliances or washer/dryer onsite are provided AS-IS and it is the responsibility of the tenant to repair or replace them if an issue arises.
