• $50 Application Fee per adult (18+).
• Security Deposit / Reservation Fee equivalent to one month's rent with a 600+ score. Due within 48 hours of application approval*
• First Month’s Rent & Monthly Fees - Due no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled move-in date
• One-Time Administrative Fee: $100 - Due with first months rent 10 days prior to the scheduled move-in date
• $2 Processing Fee - Due with first months rent 10 days prior to the scheduled move-in date
*Please Note: If standard payment timelines cannot be met due to delayed payment, an expedited move-in request, or a change to the scheduled move-in date, the administrative fee may increase accordingly.*
On going monthly fees (In Addition to Rent):
• $65 High-Speed 1 Gig Internet (group rate through Spectrum)
