Keyfinders was organized in 1969 as an apartment locating service for the Greater New Orleans area. In 1983, the Baton Rouge office was established by Jeffrey Welsh, and has become a full-service real estate company, specializing in leasing and property management, while maintaining an comprehensive approach to sales, focusing on investment as well as residential properties.
Keyfinders currently manages approximately 400 units comprised of multi-family, single family, and commercial properties. In addition, Keyfinders provides a consignment-leasing program on a continuing basis to approximately 100 property owners.
