CONDITIONAL APPROVAL: Applicants with income under 3x the monthly rent, a credit score below 600, unresolved collection accounts, or that are lacking 2 years of good rental history may be approved but will be assessed at $75/m risk mitigation fee. Please see the application for more details.

PETS: Pets are allowed with a monthly pet fee. Please see the application for specifics.

HOA TERMS: No HOA.

INCLUDED: Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the home. Water, electricity and trash are the tenant's responsibility. Resident responsible for lawn care. Washer/dryer hookups are present.

PARKING: Driveway parking and a single car garage.

RESIDENT BENEFIT PACKAGE: This property is professionally managed by Providence Property Management. All PPM residents are enrolled in a Resident Benefits Package for $60/month that will be due monthly with your rent. This cost covers the cost of the needed renters insurance, air filters delivered to your door, an on-demand pest control subscription, just to name a few items.
