LEASE TERMS:

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Applications are processed first-come, first-served. Must complete steps (2) and (3) for the application to be valid. If your application is approved, a prorated execution deposit and execution agreement are required to be submitted within 48 hours to reserve your place in line. Applicants must take possession within 2 weeks of the approval date.

2. Concession: Approved applicants will receive 1 month of free rent, and move-in funds will cover the days following this period.

- If the free 1 month's rent ends before the 15th of the following month, move-in funds will include prorated rent for the remaining days of that month.

- If the free 1 month's rent ends on or after the 15th of the following month, move-in funds will include prorated rent for the remaining days of that month as well as the full rent for the next month.
