Lease Terms:
-12 month lease period
-Pets allowed upon approval. Additional $300 pet deposit plus $50/month pet fee required.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
1. All tenants (and co-signers, if applicable) must complete an application.
2. Once approved, a $1,500 initial holding deposit is due to reserve the unit and begin lease preparation.
3. The remainder of the security deposit must be submitted within 1 week or by the due date listed on the lease agreement.
4. Applicants must show a minimum monthly income of 2.5x the rent and a credit score of 650 or higher. Guarantors/co-signers are accepted.
