Pet Policy: Up to 2 cats permitted. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible Water/Sewer, Power, Gas (If Applicable) Garbage and internet/cable if desired.
Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer
Landscaping: Tenant is not responsible for landscaping and exterior care.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
Rent at this home is promotionally discounted through 05/31/27. The contracted rent is $3,500 per month before promotional discounts. A promotional discount reduces rent to $2,595 per month through 5/31/27. Beginning 6/1/27, the promotion ends and the contracted rent of $3,500 per month applies.
We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant.
Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
