Parking: No off-street parking, street parking is available.
Laundry: Shared coin-op washer and dryer located in the basement.
Pets: A small pet will be considered on a case by case basis for an additional monthly fee.
Utilities:
- Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas (heat and hot water), internet service, annual rental registration ($110), and compost (optional).
- Landlord pays for lawn care, sewer, water, and trash.
