Diverse 20-40s professionals. They are all easygoing, respectful and friendly. They enjoy friendly conversations and making sure everyone is comfortable. They keep the house clean and do not wear outdoor shoes inside.
Who we are Looking for:
A professional with a stable income who is easygoing, responsible, emotionally mature (regardless of age), respectful and clean with great communication skills. We want common spaces to feel welcoming and comfortable for everyone, so a good understanding of respect for shared spaces & personal boundaries/needs are key. And just generally kind, considerate and friendly without drama. Sorry no pets and no couples.

Eligibility Requirements
- NON-SMOKING. NO DRUGS. No excessive drinking, or other illegal activity
- Minimum verifiable monthly income of 3x the rent required
- Minimum credit score of 700 required
- We will run credit check as well as verify income and residency information.
Rental Terms:
- $175/month for utilities covering electricity, water, heating, garbage, high-speed internet, and monthly professional bathroom/shared space cleaning
