It now bears the name “The Electra,” a Buick model, and houses 22 Apartments and 4 Commercial units.
Residents enjoy easy walks to Downtown, The Jefferson Center, local shops, dining, and parks. They also have a variety of fitness options, including Ferguson Fitness's Downtown location at 16 Church Ave. and the YMCA. The building has close access to the Roanoke Valley Greenways and public transportation stops.
