(All adult occupants, 18 years old and above, need to submit an application)
To qualify, the applicant must meet the following:
- A Minimum credit score of 600 ,although exceptions may be made depending on the circumstances.
- Income equivalent or greater than 2x the monthly rent
- No open or pending bankruptcy
- Positive rental history
- Verifiable income and stable employment
- Criminal background check
- Security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent
TENANT BENEFIT PACKAGE
The PMI Wasatch Tenant Benefit Package is the extra touch that makes your life easier and more convenient. This includes filter delivery, credit reporting, resident liability insurance, 24/7 Maintenance Portal, and Utility Concierge.
Note: Resident Liability Insurance is Optional. You may provide your own renters insurance for the property you're renting and list PMI WASATCH FRONT as an "Additional Insured".
DUE TO HOLD PROPERTY
Security Deposit (refundable): $1,800.00
First Month Rent: $1,800.00
Lease Initiation Fee (non-refundable): $299.00
Resident Benefit Package: $45.00
(To secure the property, applicant must pay the fees aforementioned above)
NOTE:
* Security Deposit may vary depending on your financial and credit report.
* If your Credit Score is below 600, we may need to request for a co-signer that has at least a 650 Credit Score and will be enrolled in a credit reporting program.
* Pet Rent and HOA fees (if applicable) are not prorated.
