Self employment: 1-2 years of tax returns, and 5 months of bank statements. SSI / Retirements: Current award or benefit statements.
Section 8 vouchers accepted on selected properties.
Rental History: Must provide recent property management/landlord contact information. Our leasing agent will communicate directly for verification.

Approval of Applications: Once applicants receive an approved result from Golden Key, the next step is an in-person office visit to submit an $800 holding deposit via postal money order or cashier's check. This deposit will hold the new home and remove it from the market. This holding deposit will be applied towards your security deposit after move in.
