The cottage has a small bedroom nook that can fit up to a queen sized bed (pictures show a full bed). The kitchen has a gas range, small fridge/freezer, and microwave. Though the cottage is small, it has everything you will need.
The cottage has private access through the alley. There are two private parking spaces, and has a garage for storage or a small vehicle can park inside. There is also has a separate fenced yard.

Many attractions are accessible via walking, driving, or biking. The home is also located a few blocks from Shooks Run Trail.
