Must be house trained and approved at property owners discretion. This includes an inspection by property owner at 90 days, at which time pet rent may be eliminated, or increased. We want you to have pets, but protecting property value is important.

Security deposit is one months rent. Security Deposit is due at lease signing to hold unit. First months rent and utilities switched to your name is due prior to getting keys.
