You'll be walking distance to popular Burlington amenities such as Church Street, the waterfront, and the Burlington bike path. As well as a beautiful 15 minute walk from UVM.

Parking: One (1) off street parking spot.
Laundry: Shared coin-op laundry in the basement.
Pets: A small pet will be considered on a case by case basis at an additional monthly fee.
Utilities:
Tenants are responsible for: gas (heat and hot water), electric, water/sewer, annual registration fee ($110) internet and compost.
Landlord pays: trash and snow removal.
Rental criteria:
- Rental history (or a cosigner)
- A credit and background check is typically required
- Smoking is not permitted
