Our spacious two-bedroom, one-bath apartments are designed for comfort and convenience, featuring bright open layouts, refreshed interiors, and functional kitchens with plenty of cabinet space. Large windows let in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout each home.
Residents enjoy shared on-site laundry facilities, vending machines, and wide parking areas with winter plug-ins for easy vehicle care during colder months. The community also offers a dog park and bike parking, with continued outdoor improvements such as soccer goals to enhance the living experience.
Conveniently situated near Eielson Air Force Base, Fort Wainwright, and downtown North Pole, Moose Creek Apartments provides a quiet retreat that’s still close to everything you need.
Rent is $1,700 per month, plus a $300 monthly utility fee (electricity set up separately through GVEA). The security deposit is $1,700, and we’re pet friendly, welcoming approved pets with a $50 monthly pet rent and a $500 non-refundable pet fee.
