CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL

- Total income of all applicants must be at least 3xRent.

- Rental History or homeownership must be verifiable with no previous evictions, notices to comply, broken leases, money owed to former landlords, or more than 2 late payments within the most recent 12 months.

- Credit score of 640 or higher

- Co-signers may be considered if applicant does not meet minimum criteria
