Shared space includes a huge kitchen (with two fridges) and living room, storage in the basement, a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom on the main floor.
Security deposit is $575 and is $431 refundable.
Utilities averages $65/mo per person.
Only seven minutes from Silicone Slopes! Available to view anytime, application via Rentler is required (note that there is an application fee, but the application can be used for any property on Rentler for 30 days). Lease is through July 31, 2026 at which point I am happy to re-lease for one year at a time, and can assist you finding a replacement if you ever need to break your lease ($150 lease break fee).
Clubhouse and Pool are under construction and will hopefully be finished by the end of the summer! Pictures are of a similar, almost identical, townhouse.
