Additional Fees:
• $60 application fee per applicant over 18
• $299 one-time non-refundable setup fee
• $299 one-time non-refundable pet fee (1 pet maximum)
• $50 monthly pet rent
• Security deposit ranging from $499 up to one month’s rent based on credit approval
Rental Requirements:
• Household income must equal at least 3x the monthly rent
• Minimum credit score of 600
• Positive landlord/tenant history required
• No outstanding utility collections
