{$44.45} month, required with the rental. Residents have the option to personalize some components during
onboarding, which may increase or decrease the monthly amount. More details upon application.
Lease Terms - 1 Year
Tenant is responsible to pay Electric, Gas and Water.
Tenants will have the option to provide their own insurance policy BEFORE signing or purchase a provided policy for $15/month. This is NOT optional. Deposit is to be placed within 24 hours after viewing the unit to hold it. If you change your mind, this is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Requirements**
No evictions in the last 4 years
Evictions over 4 years old cannot have a balance over $600.00
No collections with utility companies or management companies
No rental history? No problem, your deposit will vary based on credit score
