*Application fee: $40 per person (non-refundable)

*Every occupant 18 years of age or older, regardless of relationship, must submit a separate application and pay the application fee.

*Applications will not be processed until all required applicants have submitted completed applications and all fees have been paid.

*Applications must be 100% complete before the screening process can begin.

All applicants are subject to:

*Background check

*Credit check

*Rental history verification

Properties are leased on a first-come, first-served basis.

We do not hold properties without a signed lease and paid deposit.

Applicants must view the property in person before their application will be processed.

*Gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent.

*No felony convictions.

*Evictions may be considered if they occurred more than 5 years ago and the applicant has at least 3 years of good, verifiable rental history since the eviction.

*Failure to meet the above criteria may result in automatic denial of the application.

Pets are welcome!

*$300 non-refundable pet fee per pet

*$25 monthly pet rent per pet

*$20 monthly pest control fee

For applicants with Emotional Support Animals (ESA), all required ESA documentation must be submitted at the time of application. Failure to provide documentation during the application process may affect approval.
