Rolling Meadows is a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a wonderful pool and a clubhouse that can be used for meetings. Lots of parking and all major appliances + W/D. The house is partially furnished, including an outdoor pizza oven, piano, sleeper sofa and treadmill. Maintenance is done regularly to keep this house fresh and highly livable.
Available August 1st. $2,400/month rent for 1 year lease with option to renew at the same monthly rent if I dont move back to Delaware next year. Sorry, no pets, and no smoking.
