We take pride in our well-maintained home and invite responsible pet owners to apply. One (1) small, adult, house-broken dog (over 18 months old, under 25 lbs) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Strict Standards: No puppies, no cats, and no aggressive breeds. All pets must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations.
Fees: A $500 non-refundable pet fee and $75/month in pet rent , Refundable pet deposit: $300
apply to any approved pet.
Screening: All applicants (with or without pets) must complete a profile through our professional pet-screening service prior to application approval.
Sanitation: Tenant must maintain a clean environment, including daily removal of pet waste from the outdoor area. Failure to maintain these standards is a material violation of the lease.
Standard Policies
No smoking, no commercial use/business operations.
Renter’s insurance is required.
We strictly follow the Fair Housing Act.
