Utilities are split among housemates, typically ranging from $60 to $170 per person, depending on usage and the time of year.
Other Terms: This property does not allow couples or overnight guests, except for family members. Pets are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
