The unit comes with two dedicated parking spaces and includes WiFi and cable for your convenience. Located just steps from the sand, it’s ideal for enjoying Oceanside’s beaches, dining, and local attractions. Rental terms are flexible, with a minimum one month stay and two months required during winter and summer. The summer rate is $5,000 per month, while the off-season rate is $4,000 per month. A security deposit is required, with the amount based on the length of stay. $100 Reservation Fee/$250 Cleaning Fee. No pets are allowed. Rental Rates for 2027 will increase by $150/month.
