The Element Student Living is Whitewaters premier student housing community located at 234 N Prince St, directly across the street from UW-Whitewater and just steps from downtown.
Choose from fully furnished private bedrooms in 3, and 4-bedroom apartments with individual bedroom leases. Every apartment includes in-unit laundry, modern furnishings, and spacious living areas designed for student life.
Residents enjoy exclusive amenities including a community lounge with big-screen TV, coffee bar, free printing, and a convenient location close to campus, dining, and entertainment.
We are student living apartments that offer individual single private locked rooms inside a shared 3- or 4-bedroom apartment unit. RENT PRICES ARE PER *BEDROOM* PER PERSON* 12month lease price: 3bed is $760.00 per bed, Standard 4bed is $610.00 per bed and Deluxe 4bed is $670.00 per bed. All our apartments come fully furnished with full kitchens and in unit washer and dryers! Wifi, Garbage, Recycling, Water and Sewer is included in the utility fee of $30 per month. You pay separately Gas & Electric that is set up in the residents name and paid by resident, all roommates split the cost. Parking is an additional $30 per month (limited availability, first come first serve basis). We have a study area and a community lounge for residents with wifi, a coffee bar and printer to use, its free for our residents!
