Bears Den is a fully furnished studio apartment in Center Conway thats designed for comfortable, everyday living. Before building the studio, I spent a lot of time watching Tiny Home Living and learning how to make a smaller space work well. Every inch has a purpose, so it feels open, organized, and easy to live in.
The studio has a private entrance, reliable Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen with butcher block countertops, a deep sink, two-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware, and the everyday essentials youll need.
When the workday is over, youre minutes from some of the best outdoor recreation in New England.
• Walk to the Saco River for swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water.
• Corridor 19 is nearby for hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing.
• Cranmore, Attitash, and King Pine are all an easy drive.
• North Conways restaurants, breweries, live music, outlet shopping, and local events are just minutes away.
Most of the people who have rented Bears Den over the years came here for the same reason—to work in the Valley and spend their free time enjoying the mountains.
