Renting out a massive, newly renovated master bedroom with its own attached bathroom. It’s located on the lower level of our San Bruno home and has its own private entrance, so you can come and go as you please.
The room itself is huge (15 X 14 10), gets great sunlight from two large windows, and has plenty of space for a King-sized bed, a full work-from-home desk setup, and some extra furniture.
You’ll share a handy kitchenette (perfect for light meals, coffee, and microwave prep) with just one other quiet, clean tenant in the adjacent room. You also get full access to the backyard. Public street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Location:
If you commute, the location is about as good as it gets. You’re a flat, 5-minute walk (0.3 miles) to the Caltrain station and a 10-minute walk (0.6 miles) to San Bruno BART. Getting onto 101 or 280 takes just a couple of minutes, and you’re close to YouTube HQ, Walmart Labs, and local biotech offices. Downtown San Bruno restaurants and shops are only a half-mile away.
Rent & Terms:
Rent: $1,850/month. This is completely flat and includes all utilities (water, electricity, garbage, and high-speed internet).
Note: There is no in-unit laundry- a public laundromat is located approximately 5 minutes away by walk.
Deposit: $2,000 security deposit.
Requirements: Looking for a single occupant. Monthly income needs to be at least 3x the rent. We do a standard background/credit check via a third-party application. No smoking and no pets, please.
