This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located on the ground floor with no stairs required for access. Recently renovated with new paint, furniture, appliances, TVs, kitchen supplies, and more, the condo features one king bed and two twin beds, along with two parking spaces in the underground garage with elevator access. Guests also have access to the community pool and spa. Located directly across the street from the surf, sand, Oceanside Pier, shops, restaurants, and everything downtown Oceanside has to offer. This is a prepaid furnished rental with a 2-month minimum stay preferred. Summer months rent for $6,000/month, and off-season months rent for $4,600/month. Damage deposit varies depending on length of stay. $275 cleaning fee and $100 reservation fee. All utilities remain in the Owner’s name. Owner will pay SDG&E charges up to $125 per month- any charges exceeding the $125 monthly allowance will be the responsibility of the guest.
