$1195 Security Deposit and $1195 1st month rent due in full to sign lease. We reserve the right to also require a last month rent. Our application fee is $75 per person. Once approved by us, you must also apply with and be approved by the condo association. It is our company policy to accept only one application at a time. This is a no smoking and no vaporizing unit, and we mean it. One small pet under 25 lbs considered with fee, but no aggressive breeds allowed.
