The condo may also be available December 1st through the end of April at $3300 per month with a minimum 3 month rental for in-season rentals.

Enjoy the short walk to the famous Fishermans Village where you can find a lively atmosphere that features a variety of boutique shops, cafes, and waterfront restaurants with stunning views of the Peace River. Boat rentals are available, along with sunset tours and its just a hop skip, and a jump from the Isles Yacht Club. There is so much to explore like the clean and aesthetic Gilchrist Park & the historic downtown. Punta Gorda is a small charming town with an amazing history and a beautiful community you are sure to fall in love with.

This fully furnished 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo has around 1000 sf and has many amenities including an Elevator, Roof Top Heated Swimming Pool, Covered Parking, and more. Utilities are a flat $200 per month which includes internet, Cable TV, electricity, trash, and water! No pets allowed according to the HOA. Rentals less than 6 months require a local tax of 5% and a state tax of 7%.
