This is a mixed gender household. Tenant will have access to the furnishings and appliances in the shared spaces. The bedroom is rented un-furnished. Single occupancy only and no pets will be allowed at this time.

The list price includes all utilities. Garage parking is available for an additional $50/month.

The fourth bedroom in the middle of the hallway is also listed for rent. If you have a friend you would like to live with, bring them along and view both bedrooms.
