The downstairs features a living room, dining room, fully-stocked kitchen, full bathroom, a den with a TV, a laundry room with a sauna, and a mudroom. The upstairs has three bedrooms: two full-sized bedrooms and one smaller one that is suitable for a child or guest room (we currently use it as an office/guest room). There is also a landing and full bath upstairs. The home sits on a 1/3 acre lot with ample vegetable, fruit, and flower gardens, as well as regularly fruiting shiitake mushrooms.
