• No Bankruptcies for the past 5 years
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Tenant pays gas/electric/water/garbage
• Tenant responsible for Lawn/Snow
• ALL pets must be approved - $100 pet fee/per pet and $25/monthly pet rent/per pet
• Application fee is $55
• Deposit and rent payments are paid online. There is a convenience fee with payment.
Move-in Funds: Include the security deposit, full month’s rent and pet fees, if applicable.
Renter’s Insurance: Tenant must obtain renter’s insurance with no less than $100,000 in liability coverage prior to moving in.
