Renters Insurance (minimum $100,000) is required, must add property owner as additional Additional Insured.

Applicants must demonstrate verifiable Income-to-Rent ratio of at least 3.25 times the total monthly housing cost. Total monthly housing cost includes base rent plus any required or applicant-selected recurring monthly charges, such as utilities, parking, storage, and pet rent, if applicable.
